ECOMASTER SOLENOID VALVE

EcoMaster solenoid valve is a directly operated valve that operates in two states – open or closed. As soon as electrical voltage is applied, the valve opens. On the other hand, in the event of a power failure or disconnection of the power supply, it automatically closes. The valve body is made of brass and the tightness is ensured by a rubber membrane made of EPDM material, which is attached to the moving part of the solenoid. The EPDM membrane has high chemical resistance, heat resistance and a long service life.

The valve is universal and can be installed in both horizontal and vertical pipelines. They are suitable for media such as air, water, oils and other non-aggressive liquids. The entire opening and closing process is controlled by an electromagnet, which acts as the valve control element.

The solenoid valve is used to automatically start the water supply to the crusher chamber and the bowl rinsing nozzles at the same time as the crusher is turned on. This eliminates the need for the operator to start the water manually. The valve not only saves water, but also protects the machine itself, which otherwise cannot be started without ensuring the water flow.
