Video guide on how to replace the seals in our manual Donner dispensers. If your dispenser has stopped working, leaking, or not dispensing properly, the cause may be a cracked or worn seal. Below you will find a short video guide on how to easily replace the old seal in the dispenser.

If you have our manual dispenser Donner Click, Donner Wheel, Donner Top, or Donner Smart, you can easily replace the old worn seal with a new one. As shown in the instructional video, the old seal has been replaced with a new type of seal that uses two sealing rings. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the entire center of the dispenser. Simply unscrew the old center piece and replace it with the new one.
